Lincoln Parish Library - Ruston LA 71270
Library Programs
Adult programs
Adult programming sponsored by Lincoln Parish Library is provided for interest, information,
entertainment, and/or enlightenment of all people in the Lincoln Parish community.
These programs are then an extension of the library's primary function as facilitator
of programs presented in different formats. Both library staff and special quests
from the community and around the country are pooled to present information.
Every program is offered free of charge and open to all.
Teen programs
Teen programming serves the purpose of providing information and entertainment
to young adults between the ages of twelve and eighteen in the Lincoln Parish
community. We want teens to feel welcome as an active part in the library's
activities. The library's Teen Coordinator and the patron Teen Advisory Board
(TAB) strive to find activities on a wide variety of topics in many formats
to interest all teens. Every program is free and open to all people in the teenage
group. To find out more about the Teen Advisory Board and how to get involved

Children
programs
Children programming is designed to meet both educational and recreational needs
of children in our community. We provide personal assistance to pre-school and
school-age children by extending, cultivating, and encouraging life-long education
and promoting enjoyment for all age, with special emphasis upon children.
