This course is designed to introduce students to the Windows Operating System (OS). Students will learn the different areas of the Windows OS, and how to navigate this new environment. Students will learn the basic organization of files, folders, and libraries. There are also several programs included with the Windows OS. WordPad, Notepad, Paint, Windows Media Player, Calculator, and more are overviewed. Learning how to keep the Windows Operating System safe and how to get help are also covered.
